BEER x FOOD MASTERCLASS

Beer & Food Cooking Class -01

Craft beer has stormed into modern culture in a HUGE way in recent years, hitting wine-like status with hundreds of varieties and an ever-growing consumer base of diehard fanatics.

This beer and food matching class is THE perfect beginners guide to discovering the new world of pairing food and beer. Create a stunning 4 course meal with guidance from our expert teachers, providing a window into how dramatically ingredients can influence a beer.

Once the cooking is done, local beer geek Andrew D’Castro will guide you through a matching masterclass, capturing how food and beer effect each other and how to choose beer to match with your food when cooking at home and eating out. Andrew will also touch on the ever growing plethora of beer styles and what’s unique about each style, and what that means for you when you’re standing in front of those colourful fridges of beery deliciousness.

A life changing class for flavour lovers and burgeoning craft beer geeks everywhere.

"I could not recommend this cooking class enough. We did the beer x food masterclass and honestly cannot wait to try more. Each meal was paired perfectly with a beer that complimented one another's flavours. My favourite beer was the golden stout time - absolutely delicious! All the staff were so friendly as was everyone attending the class. This is the perfect example of how great food brings people together. Cannot wait to try more classes!"
