FAST WHOLESOME DELICIOUS COOL WEATHER Cooking Class – 01

 

There are fewer more grounding and connective experiences during the working week than sitting down with loved ones after a busy day and enjoying a heartfelt, wholesome, delicious meal together. However, as the world around us has increased it’s pace, the time pressure of ‘getting food on the table’ has turned one of our most basic needs into something more difficult to achieve. We would love to share with you some ways to easily bring some of this magic back.
This class is designed as a food lovers guide to fast, wholesome, weeknight cooking, covering the fundamentals, tips and tricks behind the creation of delicious time-realistic food. Walk away feeling inspired and confident to get real home cooking on the table with more time to relish it. A class for everyone.

Cool Weather Menu

Given how varied our ingredients, cravings and cooking styles are between WA’s warmer and cooler months, we have broken this class into two parts. This menu will be focusing on cool weather cooking, running during the cooler months from mid April through to mid October.

Spanish roasted free-range chicken and chorizo, butter beans, winter greens

red braised free-range pork belly, Asian greens, brown rice 

single origin marbled chocolate fondue, seasonal fruits

**COVID-19 INFORMATION** 

Please note that due to the recent Phase 3 announcement regarding COVID19 and the 2m sq. rule, our classes can resume as per normal, as of June 6th. Our two rooms, the Kitchen Studio and the Dining Hall are each more than 80m sq. providing our guests with more than enough space at any given time. Hand and phone sanitisation will still be necessary upon entry and throughout every class, and we will ask that if anyone is feeling any cold or flu like symptoms at the time of entering the venue to please not enter the venue. We are applying this to ALL people entering our venue; customers, our team and all services.
