Morocco, the gateway to Africa; where for hundreds of years all the corners of the world have come together to generate what is now an exotic melting pot of spice, colour, culture and cuisine. In this Moroccan cooking class you will unlock a new realm of spice and see, smell and taste the vibrant ingredients, unique flavours and varied techniques that give Moroccan food its unmistakable mystique.

Here’s what’s cooking…
Rif mountain free range chicken chermoula tagine
brown butter, saffron dates, cous cous
lamb kefta tagine, toasted pine nuts
spice roasted heirloom carrot, harissa, honey, rose
cucumber, garlic hung yoghurt, za’atar, fresh herbs
butter baked ktefa stacks, orange blossom créme anglaise
"My wife and I did the Morrocan class today. It was a sensational, fun, learning and eating experience from start to finish. Our “teachers” passed on all the tips and tricks in a structured and fun way. Everybody is hands on and by the end you get to sit down and eat the finished banquet with your new friends. When you arrive to your cooking class, your phone – if you choose to use it for photos etc during class – can be sanitised with the help of one of our team members. From there, any other other personal items that you don’t need with you during the cooking stage of the class can be set down in the Dining Hall as per usual. Upon entering the kitchen space head directly to a hand wash station and give your hands a thorough wash. We also ask that if anyone is feeling any cold or flu like symptoms at the time of entering the venue to please not enter the venue. We are applying this to ALL people entering our venue; customers, our team and all services.
