Our kids classes have been created to celebrate the excitement and diversity of cultural cooking, kicking things off with a deliciously authentic Italian menu!
PAELLA COOKING CLASS – 01
It started as the soul food of Valencia and has grown to become a centrepiece of gatherings and celebrations around the world. A recipe that can be the event, entertainment and the catering all at the same time.
Perfectly cooked Spanish rice infused with saffron and umami, caramelised on the base and topped with pops of flavour and texture. Authentic paella is a casual art form; either perfected through years of trial and error or, if you are lucky…passed on from master to apprentice.
Join us for a Paella & Pinchos Party masterclass as we sip wine, eat pinchos, create and then celebrate with a long table dinner to be remembered. A paella cooking class that will keep giving as you master Your Paella and share it with those whom are worthy!

High Risk Allergen: Shellfish/Prawns
*Those who are highly sensitive to prawns and cannot be around prawns when they are being cooked, should not book into this class. If sensitivity is mild and ingestion only, they could eat one of the two paellas that doesn’t contain prawns.
