Our long love affair with Indian food began when Australian’s travelled through India in the 60’s and 70’s. Since then, we’ve come a long way from the “classic” Keen’s curry powder sparingly sprinkled into beef stew. We now have a fast growing appreciation for authentic Indian food and its regional variations, and are beginning to unravel that incredibly vibrant world in our own kitchens. This Indian cooking class will delve into the fundamentals of Indian cooking, unlocking the secrets of that elusive ‘special something’ found in truly authentic Indian.
